I enjoyed my time at Summit. It was very conveniently located, next to Gateway shopping center and Whole Foods, and had decent amenities - clubhouse and pool were great. However there was absolutely no accountability when it came to after hours complaints.

To elaborate, my windows faced my neighbor's balcony. My neighbor had the tendency to party well past 3am and when I complained to apartment management nothing happened. Security would never come by nor were the neighbors ever contacted about the noise. It went on for months. I finally bought a house and moved out.
