Great Amenities and Superb Property Management

I moved into the Mansions at Sunset Ridge over a year ago. I toured many apartment complexes but found, for the rent, the Mansions had more amenities to offer. Granite countertops, crown molding, private entry's with attached garage, tile floor and bath, valet garbage service, and stainless steel appliances.
The complex is off TR 121, only 15-20 min from multiple hot spots throughout the Dallas area.
Many other apartment complexes ask for the same rent per month but offer less.

The Carrollton Property Management is extremely responsive and attentive to tenant issues and concerns. They address the issue, find resolution quickly and follow up to ensure their tenant is satisfied.

I would recommend the Mansions at Sunset Ridge.
Sorry, but I disagree. The management is nice, but they don't follow through with fixing problem issues (dogs not on leashes that attack other dogs; dogs on leashes biting other dogs; renters refusing to pick up pet refuse; maintenance not picking up stuff like cigarette butts/empty dog poopy bags/empty cups residents decide are to difficult to dispose of properly). Also, parking can be a problem. Why people rent garages and either don't park in them (yes, some use them for storage) or behind them is beyond me. And why would the management not make sure that the carpets were cleaned before a new resident moved in? GROSS!. Also, why are people with boats/rv's allowed to double park? Do they pay a rental fee for 2 extra spaces?

Don't get me wrong, I really like it here! But I think the management has great room for improvement!
