I have lived at the cottages since August.  Trash pick up is a big problem.  Each unit has a plastic bin to put their garbage in.  It is never picked up and is usually over flowing.  Glass in the parking lots. The units are cheap and things constantly are breaking. Management does not do a good job of making sure things are fixed.  They only care about new leases.  I'm leaving.
