I loved the property because it only has 98 apartments. This gives it a small community feel. I can imagine getting to know a lot of the residents like you would in a small neighborhood.

There lots of things that need to be changed. The puddle that accumulates after a storm is going to seriously injure someone some day.

The community was very unique and gave me a boutique feel. The features in the apartment were great especially considering the price. I was not super impressed with the amenities, but the features in the apartment were enough to picture myself living there. Lastly, the leasing professional was very personable and welcoming.
