I looked at a number of places before committing to Stonegate, but nothing quite compared. Stonegate is centrally located in Del Rio and it's easy to get to all the major highways. I have a one bedroom apartment and there is plenty of space. The private patio is pretty big, and there is a storage closet off of the patio, which is very useful. It's awesome that the fitness center is open 24 hours because I'm a bartender and get home from work really late at night. I'm also really happy to finally have a dishwasher again, not to mention a separate dining area! The pool is an added bonus. I had some maintenance issues upon moving in, but the staff took care of them right away. Thanks, Stonegate!
