The apartment is cheap but sufficient as far as Houston goes. The kitchen is small, bathroom doesn't have a fan, and there is a ceiling fan in the living room that has not switch to cut it off. Also, if you cut off the A/C the apartment does not stay cool. I said all that to say that it isn't the worst place to stay. Quiet for the most part but maintenance took way too long to get to my issues. It's just my opinion of things, but not bad for the price.
