Too much turnover in staff to have any consistency, neighbors are not respectful (loud music, wreaks of pot across the community, crazy drivers in the parking garage), community events don't happen like we were told they would (yes, i know covid, but other complexes have found ways to do things)

Location is great but safety is a concern.

Construction on both sides, thin walls, and poor management decisions makes it unlikely I will recommend to friends/family.

Mainly it is the people who don't take care of the property or are not resposible for their pets.

Great location to medical center and nice living space to be in.

Not sure the direction of the complex is one I would recommend any of my friends to. I don't feel safe walking to my car or walking the halls.

It’s not safe but no place is. Not all pet owners clean up after their dogs. People can be trashy.

It’s the best value for the area we are in.

Too noisy for the rental rate.

Bell rock seems to have kept up with the same amenities and features of the complex as was originally built by greystar. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. However, in the changes implemented by bell rock such as the residential online portal, there has been steps in the opposite direction of garnering recommendation.

It is a friendly community, in an excellent area, and great amenities.

I think we need to work on the cleaning in the common spaces

New management is not as good as Ashley

You can hear blatelenly into other apartments as well as the pool. People blare music by the pool and overall the staff does not fix things in a timely fashion.
