FIrst of all i want to say if you really want an honest opinion about this particular apartment complex, I am here to give you the truth. I normally dont ever do Surveys nor do reviews but i just had to give feedback on my experience @ camden oak crest. The staff now are horrible. I had to ask for 4-5 times for maintainence. They expect money for everything. The community is farely quiet with no problems with yelling and horse playing around cars for the most part. 
The new management is horrible. They dont even have the parties or the get togethers that we used to have before july 2013. 
They are rude and expect you to obey rules, like having the same color of garbage bags etc.
