The apartment has a insect infestation (bed bugs). I complained to the leasing office a number of times. New funiture had to be disposed of at my cost. The office is slow to respond for any issue I.e. AC/ heater not working, refrigerator stop working, the bed bugs etc. The apartment was cleaned upon departure but the leasing office claimed the apartment was not clean to keep my deposit. El Sol Del Rio is the worst.
