My kitchen is infested with roaches. I waited for a MONTH for pest control after putting in multiple requests for service, and there are STILL roaches. Manager states she will send out pest control and does not. States she will call to follow up on issues and does not follow through.The leasing agent is unprofessional and does not follow up either. I have contacted corporate and still do not see any improvement. Apparently, their standard is to serve the tenant in the least way possible. AC has malfunctioned five times. Pool has been closed for weeks. Washer and dryers in laundry facility have been broken for months. I pay entirely too much money to receive such disastrous service. Would not recommend to an enemy!
