Too many A'holes live here. Dog poop on the stairwells and bloodstains in the halls.

Management is not responsive and/or do not have the information to provide residents with helpful answers.

Leasing office does not care about resident complaints. The complex is filled with dog poop and trash. Also the community gym does not offer enough equipment, a stair master along with additional weight machines would be a nice addition.

If they are lucky enough to not have noisy neighbors overhead and small dogs that dont bark loudly, they would be quite satisfied with apt at this price.

Its nor safe

Too much noise from upstairs neighbors, have reported too many times with no lasting change. Interrupts my sleep nightly even with quiet hours.

Hallways are loud all times of the day and night. No real peace and quiet.

It’s a lovely apartment but the neighbors are a little annoying and disrespectful.

I love the style of my apartment and I have always felt safe knowing that sheriffs lives in the complex. Since I moved in there has been changed but the staff has always met my needs and have been super friendly and helpful!

People leave trash everywhere and don’t pickup dog poop.

The staff is rude and confrontational

Cleaning and Trash Pick Up needs work, but besides that this place is a Beautiful, Updated and Safe place to live. Yes, I would recommend to any family members looking for an apartment with Great Amenities.

I would not due to the comments listed under comfortable calling my apt home.

The walls are so thin I can hear everything. For what I’m paying I should be able to hear my neighbor having sex or opening his door.
