I really enjoyed the time I lived here before I bought my house! Management seemed a little strict at first but after a while I found how good that made the complex. Grounds were always picked up and the landscaping was always beautiful. Somes it was hard for me to find parking around my building but when I vioced my concerns to the staff they offered me a car port and that fixed the problem... the maintenance staff was really awesome they did everything I asked and really fast too over best value in katy
