We lived at the retreat at cinco ranch and had a bad experience. There are serious maintenance issues at this property such as dirty vents, fleas, dog excrement on the grass, overflowing garbage. Maintenance calls are rarely handled on time. All the management seemed to care about was to get new tenants in while neglecting the existing ones. I do not recommend this place to families or singles.
