I moved in 2 months ago and have lived a nightmare in a flea and bed bug infested apt. Management is rude, fault finding, non-responsive, accusatory. All the time the problem continues. Have spent $1,000s of my own to try to fix but still bitten daily. Absolutely do not rent here. Building 400 is infested. The storage buildings could be the source but the management basically said "they" haven't complained! Keep sticking your head in the flea & bed bug infested sand. RUN. BED BUGS!
