Do not rent here. It is pricey and you get poor management. I have been complaining for months about noise from upstairs neighbor with no resolve. I am awaken by noise at all hours. Your privacy is nonexistent here as I can here everything that goes on in my neighbors bedroom. Nothing has been done to address it.
