Only move here if you're prepared to deal with no parking after 7pm (you'll have to park on the outskirts in visitor parking by the dumpster or outside the gate and hike home...or you'll have to do what most people do and park in fire zones when that runs out) and constant neighbor noise due to poor construction. I can hear when my neighbors do dishes...laundry...walk on the laminate floors in the kitchen...their baby cries...the kids walk from one room to another...the siblings upstairs fight or play...their dogs bark...the walk/talk/entertain... Complaining to the office does no good either.
