This one-year old community offered several floor plans with balconies. The upscale amenities were centrally located. I toured a large one-bedroom layout with laundry equipment, an open floor plan, and a large walk-in closet. The lease rate was reasonable for the location, apartment size, and amenities offered.

Price is a bit steep for what you get in square footage but the property is beautiful as well as the apartment home I saw.

The amenities offered by the community were attractive and the bicycle rental was an added convenience. The location was great as was the lease rates and current special. The leasing professional was great. I would have no problem referring this community to others.
