The pluses:
While there are a few younger people and children here, the vast majority are professionals in their 40's and above. This is reflected in a quiet atmosphere.
The management staff are friendly and regularly schedule small social events where people can get to know each other.
The interiors are bright and well thought out - some have great views over the country. Great interior finishes.
Some of the apartments have garages.
Heated pool even in the winter.
Valet trash.
The negatives:
Breezeways are not cleaned often enough given the rents.
If you don't have a garage, or covered parking spot, then parking is difficult.
