The apartment had bedbugs, the management told us that it was our responsibility to get rid of them. My car got stolen right outside our apartment in the parking lot. They had a ton of hidden fees that's in the fine print of the 30 page contract. We had neighbors that played their loud music til about 4 am. The management told us that we would have to deal with it because their lease was up soon and they'd be moving out. That ended up being 4 months later.
