Well let's see when we moved in heater in one of the bedrooms did not work, then after repairs the unit started leaking water dig mess. Then the T stated did not work still not work as of 3/15/2015. Over stopped working had to get that fixed. Power want out in eh building on 3/14/2015 for most of the day. O had not hot water for a day and a half. All this with in 30 days of moving in. O let's not forget the person died from falling off there balcony. On the 13th or 12th. Of this month. Parking garage lights not all on. People have dogs and don't clean up the mess.
