As a real customer, I would consider leasing at this community because the leasing professional gave an informative presentation demonstrating the apartments and their features and the many amenities.

The community and the leasing professional were nice.

The moldings needed to be replaced. They looked painted over and made the apartment look dated. The windows and blinds were also dirty. The common areas were clean, but the carpet and floors and elevator looked old. The leasing agent was very positive and enthusiastic and made the tour experience fun and engaging. The rental rate was reasonable, especially because the community had so much to offer. I would recommend this community, because there was a lot to do for the residents. The neighborhood was beautiful and the staff was really upbeat.

This community is undergoing a major renovation. When it is complete, it is going to be an amazing community. It has a great location near major freeways, shopping, and right on the lake. There are amazing views. The customer service is great. This would be a wonderful place to call home.

This is an amazingly beautiful community, located near the scenic lake. It is close to many shops and conveniences that make this feel like home. The apartments are spacious and parking is plentiful.
