Location location location! Good infrastructure, things don't break often and when they do they are fixed quickly. Management really tries to foster a sense of community here and I think they do a good job.

Because of the wonderful people working in the buildings makes the place home.

I love living here! To make the best of my experience, I would definitely like to see the entrance gate fixed soon; the garbage room cleaned more often; the hallway rugs vacuumed regularly and the gates and doors to the back working and closing properly. Some of the new concierges are not as attentive to their work as they should need to be. They could learn a lot from Rick (he’s is awesome!). The organization at the bikes room is kind of a disaster. If I take my bikes out, then a neighbor takes one of the 2 I pay for monthly. It would be lovely if there were more strict regulations about that. I would recommend cameras there and also in the hallways. Everything else is just perfect!
