The management here are so unprofessional and only act like they care about the residents. I rated overall value excellent because the facility and price is great. However, management is nothing short of poor.

The Vue property itself is great. However, the management is not good in any sense of the imagination. They tell you they have to take issues to higher management but do not provide you with direct contact to the higher management in the claim that is against a privacy issue to disclose this issue. If you can deal with less than average management than there are no issues.
