Customer service definitely could have helped concerning this community. I think they have great features such as the separated closet and possible option of a walk-in shower. It does seem to be in a very nice neighborhood and location. It also seemed to be very quiet, clean and presentable. It's a little confusing because there is another leasing office right across the street from the community but I was able to find what I was looking for through the difference in signs.

The community needs more signs to identify the leasing office. There were two communities close together, and I went to the wrong one based on the signs. The ground still showed signs of salt from the snow days after the snow had gone. Salt damages the sidewalks and can damage vehicles. The leasing agent had a pleasant attitude from the time they picked up the phone until the end of the tour. The agent was knowledgeable and was able to pivot when I asked questions.

As a real customer, I was not pleased about being surrounded by several companies in the community. The leasing agent was pleasant and did a good job of showing me around and answering my questions.

This was a nice, clean and attractive community. It was well maintained and had nice amenities. It was near conveniences like shopping and the interstate. The staff were professional and enthusiastic.

I also liked the fact that it was not an overly large, impersonal community. The residents I met were friendly and nice. The apartments were much larger than expected and seemed to be a quiet neighborhood.
