I recently moved into Avondale and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I have my own attached garage and a driveway where they let me grill. It feels more like a home or condo here than an apartment. The office staff are very responsive and personable. They really seem to care. I had a garage door issue and one of the girls actually came down to my apartment and repaired it for me on the spot!! That's what Im talking about!! I really like the free cable amenity too
