It is a well maintained property with polite staff and residents. It is in an ideal location of the city and the residents are quiet which makes it a more pleasant place to reside.

It is no longer a good value for our money. The pool was closed most of the summer, fire pit does not work and not able to get into use the BBQ grills if the pool is closed. Have to pay extra to get into weight room after office hours. Not able to use media room after hours.
Thank you for voicing your concerns. The pool being closed down part of last summer was unfortunate. The parts that needed to be replaced took time to be delivered. We wanted nothing more than to have the pool up and running again for our resident's to enjoy. The fire pit has always been properly operational. The stipulation is we don't allow resident's to light the fire pit for safety purposes. We would be happy to light it for you! Also, you may use the grills all year long. Stop by and we can show you how.
