This property was in a great location right off Union on the waterfront. The apartments were a bit small, but had great views. The rooftop areas were beautiful and well decorated and included an outdoor flat screen TV to watch games or movies. There was a community room and a small fitness area as well.

I would very likely recommend this community to others.

The community was presented in a positive manner. I was able to view the many features and amenities. All appeared nice and well maintained. The staff was knowledgeable and encouraging.

Overall the apartment is overpriced for the area and minimalist in features and community amenities. The location happens to be convenient for me and was fine for a recent transplant to the city, but I now know there are significantly better deals for the quality.

Rent is slightly high

I'd recommend to someone interested in staying in the short term and taking advantage of move in specials.

I have been a working with Yvonne and Joey, the manager and assistant manager, they have been such a great help. Super kind, informative, helpful, and accommodating. Heck even Joey, their on-site maintenance guy was super cool and helpful. I can't aint til I move in on Feb 1st to my new apartment there. Woohoo!!

Overall, this was an excellent visit. I would recommend the community to anyone I know.
