Parking is terrible, and its just not that claen of a complex.

I would recommend because it's a roof over your head, one of the cheapest places to live, and close to everything! I would also recommend people moving in to keep scented candles and be handy at fixing things yourself!!

The grounds are kept clean and landscaped. The office management is always friendly and willing to help resolve any issues. The overall living experience at Abbey Ridge is a good place to call home.

Too old of apartments. Issues with move in.

Parking is very frustrating. There is no washer & dryer in each building like the add's say.

The whole apartment need a make over, the back porch is very old and dirty.

The lease rates were good for the location and there were amenities offered that built value in the community. The community was located away from heavy street traffic, but close enough to walk to any bus route, a major mall college and airport were near by. I would have no problem referring this community to others.

The community had overflowing trash containers, unkempt grounds, a great deal of deferred maintenance, and uneven sidewalks. There was a lot of open areas that would be ideal for kids and pets.

My visit with the representative was very pleasant although it was brief.

This was an older property. Despite its low income nature it had good curb appeal. The buildings were well maintained and the landscaping inviting.

The property overall was maintained, but looked like any typical apartment community. The price was fair and what I would expect.

The staff was really knowledgeable and nice. The agent and the manager seems to work together well. I asked for a fireplace second which the apartment did not have but she did not think of these amenities to be a deal beaker. She continue to bring out other amenities I can consider.

The leasing agent was upbeat and professional with me. The community was in great shape.
