i would because the location is great, the community is relatively quiet and i think they're more worth it than the mark taylor across the street.

I have lived here over two years and I can honestly call it my home. I feel safe and appreciated. My only complaints is the smoke smell I constantly have from neighbors. (I wish only certain buildings you could smoke at) and the parking problem. Otherwise I would gladly recommend this place for a friend to rent because of the price, the comfort, and the amazing maintenance. Being back more personal office personnel!

The location is good. Layout is great. Needs new carpet, free parking and no garbage fee and would be great!

I found the property to be very appealing. The amenities that were offered were well maintained and the grounds were neat and clean. The apartments were very nice, but appeared dated with the light white wash cabinets, counter top material and white appliances. Based on my experience, I would feel comfortable living there, but I would most likely still look around to find an apartment that had been updated.

Location is great. Community is listed as luxury apartment complex: 9ft ceilings, yes, but appliances not at all upscale, no. They are probably lowest cost possible. Cheaply painted that does not block stains and odors, especially smoke!

This is a very nice community. I do wish you would allow us to hang blinds on our patios.
