I would recommend San Carlos to anyone and everyone. I’ve lived in apartments all my life, and I have never felt more at home at San Carlos. The office staff are always incredible, as are the maintenance men. There are simply not enough kind words to accurately describe All of them.

The grounds are well taken care of. The staff is very nice and helpful. Most of the renters are very respectful of the property; Its quiet and comfortable.

There has been a feeling of "impending doom" with the renovations occuring. Soon, many people won't be able to afford the apartments they'v called home for years. The new residents seem to be short term tennants .... testing the waters or looking for a home in AZ. They don't add to the sense of community that has long been a staple of San Carlos.
