The community looked to be very clean and well-kept. The leasing office/clubhouse was very organized and looked well-maintained. The tour was routine.

Overall she did a great job from start to finish. I think the biggest opportunity was when I had to wait for her to finish with the people that came in during my appointment time. I feel like the property manager should have taken them for her so that I would not have had to wait. She did a great job demonstrating the property. She was very knowledgeable, personable, professional and you can tell she loves her job. The property itself was clean and organized. The pool was the only thing that was dirty but I know they were putting a new fence.

The Noise level outside after 4:00 pm is really bad. The middle recreation area is a scary place in the early evening. Afraid to go outside.
