The property was in good condition and the rates seemed reasonable. The staff was great to work with and I would enjoy living here if I were in the market. The common areas were very well maintained and everyone I encountered was very nice. I would recommend this community to others.

The community is beautiful, and the beauty starts before ever entering the gates. Ladera Ranch is a newer master planned community. There are plenty of amenities, throughout Ladera Ranch and inside of Laurel Terrace. The staff is very nice and polite. The apartment was perfect and so many of things we were looking for in a home.
