All my guest do love it but the rent is too expensive.

My rent should be a lot less. I should only be paying 1200.”0 for a apartment that is not fully remodel. And also charging me 80 plus in water each month is awful, I know peopl that pay 100.00 a month for 4 people living there. You are over charging for water. Only 1 person.

Would not due to price

I would not recommend thins to friends and family. The staff are not professional, The staff riding around in golf carts have almost hit my car before, they goof around and the front desk staff can be rude and depending on who you talk to you get different information.

Would not because there are people who come to the pool and jacuzzi after hours and are super loud and don’t even live there. People who live in the apartments can’t even enjoy going to the pool because other people who don’t live there come there after the office closes.

I would recommend Meridian to my friends and colleagues.

I tell people it’s affordable and comfortable.

The extra fees are too high

All summer was good and the office folks are great, but maintenance is difficult to deal with and traffic noise is a deal more than I anticipated when I moved in.

Too expensive for old outdated apartments

This has been a very nice apartment complex to live in, but rather expensive for the average person to live in.

The rates are higher than other comparable apartments in the area and they have more amenities!
