The community amenities were ordinary. Their maintenance was acceptable. The leasing agent was prepared. She was pleasant and had a positive attitude. She customized the apartment tour based on my needs. She was sincere, natural and engaging. I would be happy living here. The rent was reasonable. I could make it work. Based on the overall presentation, I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

My perception was that the community was spotless, neat and tidy.

I thought the community was well kept, quiet, peaceful, and clean. The apartment was spacious. The parking seemed okay and reasonable. The pool was clean and the laundry room was clean with new washers and dryers. The staff were very pleasant. The community is not in the best side of Tustin, but for the price and area it was alright. Seemed like a nice place to live.

Based on the agent's presentation I would lease.

I would have leased, based on the leasing agent's tour. Although the community was an older property, but it was nice and clean.

The leasing staff was nice and had a lot of information to give but did not get to know me and my needs.

The community seems outdated. There is no jacuzzi and no fitness center. The air conditioning is not central.

The attitude and service received from the leasing agent was excellent. The interaction with her was better than most, since she had an upbeat personality and made the visit enjoyable. The community overall was pretty outdated. The cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen were old and not in good condition. The laundry facility looked outdated. Overall the community was not too modern and I would not feel confident recommending this community to others. However, the interaction from the agent was excellent and I would recommend her to others.

The leasing agent was wonderful and the community was fantastic. I would undoubtedly recommend this community to others.

The employees were very phenomenal. I felt as though they were trying very hard to help me find my new home. Even when it came to things they did not have, they tried their best to help me find a way to still have them in my new home.

The apartment was spacious and a decent value for the money.

Overall, the consultant was very nice and did a good job in presenting the community which I felt was a hard one to sell based on it's current conditions. Therefore, I thought she did a good job and seemed proud of where she worked. I have visited many apartments in my life and this would not be somewhere I would personally live in. For one the price was way too high for what it was worth. There were no amenities in the apartment such as fridge, central air, walk-in closet and washer/dryer. I thought the community could use some major renovations and I was not happy with the parking situation. Compared to the other communities I viewed within WNPM, this by far needed the most work.

The customer service I received was commendable. It was a modest community that offered smaller, but adequate floor plans. The amenities were minimal, but acceptable.

The landscaping was not very well maintained with many fallen leaves on the ground. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the community amenities needed to be updated.

It was an older community, but it was centrally located.
