WOULD: Convenient location, friendly staff, good value.
WOULD NOT: slow response on repairs, not exactly "luxury" apartments (pool, BBQ area, visitor parking).

I had friends who have been transferred from Utah to this area they were impressed by the pool area but everyone is quite disappointed about the change in policy to NOT heat the pool. They ended up leasing at another property on Thibodo.

Would not! No one should go through the stress and irritation. We have many other things in life to worry about like paying the rent! I shouldn't walk into my apartment and need maintenance within the first day of living there... Then need it a million times after that first day. It's miserable.

We have had a great experience here and that is why i would recommend these apartments

there are too many issues compared to where many of my friends live they do not experience the issues I have nor the parking, laundry facilities they have are great and they pay less. So no I would not recommend sorry.

The rent is too high for the quality. They raised our rent over 10% more, so naturally we had to move out.

Great parking but lazy parking enforcement. If accidentally parked in different spot, they do not give courtesy call to you even though you clearly have a parking permit displayed in your window showing that you belong under at least one of the covered Carports.

Would = location, rental rate

Would not = if someone wanted a newer residence or washer/dryer options

This is a good place to live with the exception of the management team being selective about who needs to follow the leasing rules and who doesn't.

Great place to live and no hassles

The I y thug I would comment on is the fact that the apartments are not built well. There are spots on the carpet where things stick out and the floor is so hard, meaning it feels like there is little or no padding under the carpet which is not particularly comfortable. There are other little things about the building such as loose trim and screws sticking out that make it seem poorly put together but I do enjoy living here. Also ants. Everywhere. I wish they sprayed outside more so we didn't have to deal with them.
