Annoying dogs, poorly built apartments, lack of hot water multiple times each year.

Price increases are not worth it.

Because of the parking situations its a problem that I would disclose to friends and family

I would not recommend to any one due to the the bad neighbors, dirty grounds, dogs off the leash all the time, really dirty washers and dryers, little parking, and expensive pricing for what you actually get.

Too expensive for the level of quality of the complex.

I would recommend this apartment to a friend because of how I've been treated, which has always been with respect and dignity, ever since we've arrived.

I would because it is peaceful and clean.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone because of the parking situation.

I might recommend it to someone on a tight budget.

1. Dog poop is everywhere
2. Front of My apartments bushes are never ever gett mowing. And under the bushes live cockrouches!!!
3. The walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbour's snoring.
4. Parking is terrible. You never ever can find parking spot after 6pm.
5. A/C is super loud inside. And its smells like a dirt
6. Pool is never clean.

Mostly because of the parking. But also, after a long day at work I have go home instead of going out, to fight for a parking spot, trudge my groceries across the complex, and can't relax because of rude noises neighbors.

The only thing is the parking. i would warn people if i knew they had more than one car

It's a good location, clean, and someone is always in office

The cost/value has become skewed over the years.
I would not have paid this much then as I am now.
