I would never recommend anybody to suffer through these apartments. The noise, lack of pool or hot tub, and mud pit for a dog park.

Do not feel the current rental costs are justified based on the quality of the property and resident amenities

I feel as tho the value of my rent is not comparable to what I receive. The overall construction and amenities do not compare to what LUXURY living is to be.

Again great location, but for the monthly rental fees I would like to think the appearance, cleanliness and upkeep would be a MUCH higher priority.

As great as the staff is, the building quality is just not great for what I am paying. The maintenance seems to be lacking in the last few months (cleaning property-wide and maintenance of the garage, hallway doors, etc.). We also haven't had any social events in a while.

Availability of other apartment complex in surrounding area that offer same or better amenities at similar cost.

With the ongoing frustrations with garage doors, safety, dog run and constant construction, I believe perspective members could find similar or better accommodations for the high price of rent in DTC.

The noise between floors is so bad and not all tenants are respectful to this even though they know how bad it is.

Too expensive and the ambient air temp just does not make sense here

My caution to friends/family would be directly tied to the water pressure

price, parking, loading and unloading into building to 6th floor is difficult.

I'd pay them to move somewhere else.
