The amenities at Westlake Greens were nice and looked well maintained. The office staff was pleasant enough, but I probably would not rent there.

These apartments look great, I was actually surprised on how nice they were. They have affordable prices too.

It was a very nice community. The apartments were nice and newly renovated. The amenities were clean and up to date. The community was in a great location to shopping, restaurants and schools. The employees were seemed truly interested in helping.

As a real customer I would definitely consider leasing at that community. The leasing consultant did an excellent job with her presentation.

The apartment community is in the center of great shopping and restaurants, yet secluded from the busy main street. It is only fifteen minutes from the center of Denver with great transportation availability. It had amenities that are well taken care of and pride is shown in the upkeep of amenities and landscaping.
