The only reason I chose 4 is that there are a lot of cigarette smokers in the community. It does limit my time outside/on my balcony because it wafts right up. Otherwise I love the community.

The street and aircraft noise is pretty crazy. Parking is limited for those with two or more vehicles.

I have a nice views of mountains and the occasional pronghorn and coyote. I love it! Stunning sunsets, no one blasting loud music, can't hear anyone else in the complex. But if you're loud noise sensitive I'd pick a different location, the jets from the little airport are really loud, as are the Airforce jets and there's always the commute traffic that drives me indoors.
