complex is full of disrespectful, rude, loud, mouthy people that swear and play thumping loud music. when you complain the office basically ignore it. kids running around unsupervised and talking/swearing, misbehaving.

I love the area and have no problems living here. I plan on staying for at least 5 years that's if things stay the same and office keeps up on issues instead of giving you the run around. I have never had any issues or anything bad to say about T in the office. I forgot her first name.

Because it's not fair to have people there it's better than it actually is. The noise at night is sometimes unbearable and no matter how many times I call the office to complain I never got a response yet Stacey will blow my phone up when it's time to come in and renew my lease!

Based on expierience with favortisim with office staff I would be cautious about recommending Wickham club.
Wickham Club is sorry that you felt this way while you lived in our community. Our staff tries very hard to treat everyone fairly.

The leasing staff I encountered was very good. There was a lot going on when I tried to tour. The office hours made it difficult to get in and see something and when I did it was very busy. The staff handled it well though. The property looked like it needed a good exterior clean, pressure wash or paint.

Due to the bugs and worn items and out dated items and fixtures I would not. unless the items are updated and fixed

We are constantly striving to improve our community and this includes updates to the exterior and interior of our community.

I was impressed by the upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds. I thought it was a very quiet neighborhood, and could really see myself living here. It was nice that they had something for the kids to do when they came home from school. It felt like home.
