The property isn't properly maintain of upkeep I invest a lot to live her and it's a constant fight with the ceiling loud music with those thin walls and outdated loud appliances

I wouldn't recommend any apartment because you don't get the privacy rather then living in a house. I also wouldn't recommend living on lower floor, walls are super thin so you can hear the people upstairs arguing all the time & it's very loud.

The community was an excellent value for what residents received. It was close to everything and in a great location. The leasing professional was also wonderful to work with that day.

I have to admit that i get grumpy when things don't work right, I need to have more patience. Everyone here is kind and respectful and helpful. They are quick to take care of any issues. Please overlook my imperfect tendencies. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

neighbor nightmare
I have been told about this place for years. Plenty of freinds and family lived here proir. Finally I moved in, had great neighbors the first 6 months and new ones moved in. When he first moved in, the first night was 11 on a Thursday and after midnight on a saturday. Tonight, Sunday night 11:45 to be exact their stomping and slamming doors and even running. The crazy part is that their are no kids, just one man living there with his friends. Might I say, there's three half cigars with ashes all over his front door and mine! I have complained once but was given an excuse that he works late....

I would recommend them for someone who is looking to rent for a short period of time, otherwise you are going to be paying a lot more than what you signed up for.

I believe this community would be a lot better if they had designated areas for the kids to play and not allow them to play when people are just trying to get home from work. Having my vehicle hit by balls and other things the kids are playing with is not pleasent I understand they don't pay for anything but I do and what I have has cost me

The location is convenient. If your apartment is in the right location it is quiet and has a pleasant view. I feel safe in my apartment. The rent is affordable.

The community was clean and attractive. Although I did not see an actual apartment home, as there were none available, I did review the floor plans in detail and did tour the property and it appeared to be a pleasant community well positioned in the area near shopping and restaurants and hospitals. My experience with Nilda, the leasing agent was good, and she exhibited a professional presentation.

I have other family living on site and we all enjoy it here.maintenance calls can take a few days for non emergencies.
