This community is a great value. The apartments look like townhomes. The pool is huge and has grilling areas. It is very conveniently located close to shopping centers and the beach.

The leasing professional was friendly and helpful. The community was well kept and had all the amenities you would want in an apartment community. The area was also convenient to shopping and entertainment. I would recommend this community to others.

I moved here in July. I am very pleased with these apartments. Angelina and Kelly are doing a great job. The maintenance staff is wonderful too. I'm an happy with my choice to move here. Good job to all!!!

I really think this apartment complex is the best. I have been in here since 06-2014 and have found the following to me true. The office girls are upbeat and very friendly and helpful. when I had a problem with a refrigerator not working they were on time and got me a new one. I like the way the grounds are kept up and appreciate their cleaning up after they get doner mowing ( like blowing the debre ) The swimming pool is nice and I notice they keep it clean . I have found neighbors to be quiet and respectful. I would definately recommend this complex to anyone looking for a real nice place. By the way when I moved in the apartment was clean and I had new carpet on the floors ( exception - the kitchen and bath had tile.

The community was in great condition. It was very difficult to reach a staff member by telephone at the property.
Excellent value, quiet neighbors & great location
I've been renting now going on six months and the complex is one of the best for the value in Port Orange. No rowdy neighbors, mail and trash are close, and UPS and FEDEX delivers right to my door.
Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!
You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. They are not open on weekends. When are working people supposed to get in contact with them. Also, if you send a message to them from their website, they don't answer for days and once it took over a week. Once I did rent from them, they are no better. I still can never get a timely response. I have been trying to get service for 5 days now from the Resident Manager, Angelica.

My customer experience at this community was mixed. It was very difficult to get in touch with a real person by telephone. It took multiple tries over several days, two separate weeks. Once I got a real person, she was nice and friendly and professional. The property is well located and easy to find, and it shows well. Although there were no apartments to show me, based on the floor plans and the common areas, I could see myself living there if I were actually renting an apartment.

This community has a great location off the main road in the middle of Daytona Beach and Port Orange. The community had the best of both worlds near a tranquil suburban area and also the beach area with all its attractions.

This was a very nice community. It looks like a nice area and the apartment itself was very nice. The mail box area was very clean. I did have to wait a long time to be helped.
