There needs to be better communication with the residents and staff. Hours if operation needs to be broaden for residents.
We know our residents are busy! We now have online services 24/7 which allows residents to pay their rent, enter service requests, check their balance and communicate with the office at their convenienece without making a trip into the office.

I would have strongly agreed two years ago but, between the fire alarms randomly going off and the people that don't care about their living space. It makes the place less attractive.

I would recommend it because they are spacious apartments and very nice. however the office staff is rude and the maintenance service is very poor.

the apartment is in a great location...and it is set up very nice .. I just wish it were more sound proof I always hear the lady talking on the wall to my bedroom she has her bed and sometimes it seems like she is right in my room with me...but that is not your fault...

This would be a better place to live if the repairs would get done right and in a timely matter. If the manager would put stricter rules on people that let their kids run the apartments and people who play loud music. And lower the rent to a more low income base payment.

Citrus Park is a very desirable part of Tampa. If you look at other communities in this area you will find that our prices and services are among the best. Please contact the leasing office with any concerns that we can assist you with.
