Plenty of Amenities, the staff is very friendly and able to assist.

this is by most cases a beautiful and pet friendly place to live. Parking is always an issue when you have visitors.

We are moving from the Millennium due to a job change in another state but we will truly miss living at this complex. The staff have gone out of their way to do everything to help us when needed. The maintenance staff went overboard in working long hours when our air conditioner stopped working at MIDNIGHT and many other times when we needed them for other things What surprised us was that this place is actually quiet There are lots of young professionals who live here. Our dog enjoyed the many indoor park areas where she could go do her thing without having to go outside the apartment gates. We both would highly recommend this place as your next home

Some sound gets through the walls, but other than that everything is great, anytime i had a problem staff came in the next day and fixed it, everything was always clean, workers are polite, if i wasnt buying a home i'd stay here longer

Living at Millenium has been a pleasure from the minute my roommate and I walked in. Vinny, our leasing consultant, was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and welcoming. He still acknowledges us on a first name basis. The apartment is beautiful, the community location could not be better, and the maintenance is always very timely, going above and beyond when the can if we need anything. Great experience so far I highly recommend

Millenum is a nice quiet place to live with a professional staff

My girlfriend and I moved into Millennium with our dog two years ago. It is, by far, the greatest apartment we've lived in The unit is very nice, the maintenance staff is very fast to fix things and VERY friendly. Our favorite, David, always has dog treats which makes our puppy go crazy. We have checked out all of the other luxury apartments in the area and Millennium still has exactly what we need as far as storage, layout, and price. We plan on staying here for a long time.

I have lived all over the Tampa Bay area in the last 8 years since moving from Boston. I can honestly say that Millennium is my absolute favorite place to live and call home. Everyone is friendly, I love the layout of my apartment and the high-end living the community provides. The property is conveniently located and well maintained. The staff is always planning community events that make living here a pleasure. You really feel like management and staff care about the residents and that they take the time to survey how to improve or what will keep the residents happy. Would recommend this community to anyone especially young professionals in their late 20s and 30s. I will definitely be renewing my lease and look forward to much more time here

I love living at the Millennium Westshore It's clean, safe, and has a great location. The staff and residents are friendly. Great amenities, I definitely recommend this complex.

I love living here. Except for parking and neighbors noise. Everything else is excellent.
