The exterior of the buildings haven't been power washed since your purchase. The decks are filthy beyond use. There is no good way for me to clean w/o carrying buckets of water and having it drain on my neighbor.

A “Gate” to the community would be great . It’s a big safety concern

The one glaring negative is the noise generated by my neighbors. This is constantly disrupting my peace. Neighbors come and neighbors go but the noise lingers on. Why is that? Do we not screen prospective renters thoroughly? Are we taking people based only on their ability to pay?

Pros: Spacious apartments, excellent office and maintenance staff, relatively secluded location and amiable tenants.
Cons: Lack of updated toilets and acoustic insulation. It is very abrasive if you have loud neighbors, which I do.
