My only complaint is about maintenance. I have had an on-going AC leak in my bathroom that has been "fixed" twice. IT began leaking one day after the "repair". I have since given up on requesting them to fix it because they don't seem competent enough to resolve leak. The leak has stained my bathtub with rust stains. Not good.

-Horrible neighbors who destroy my property
-Not very dog friendly despite pet fees/rent (the only big green space in entire neighborhood has explicit signs indicating to not bring your dog there)
-Office staff who will not take care of neighbors violating their lease by burning through my furniture, clothes, and belongings!!!
