There are a lot of new residents here. From what I'm seeing they are not good people. They throw their trash on the ground. Its very frustrating.

I was very impressed once I came onto the property. With the size, they apparently had enough staff to keep it adequately maintained. Everything was very well kept from the gardening, to the grass, to the play area. There was no garbage, litter or anything that would cause a complaint. The model shown was clean and gave me a very homey experience. I wanted to move right in.

I loved the car wash. The pool was large. The fitness room had lots of equipment. The property was well maintained. Everyone was friendly.

These apartments are fairly high priced for this area. The price would be better justified if the amenities were improved. I would recommend storage space for outdoor items and improved playground and gym facilities. On the positive side, the apartments are quiet and safe and the grounds are well-maintained.

My experience here has been great. I feel safe at my place and my neighbors for the most part are pretty good (with the exception of the excessive smoking that occurs in and around the breezeway ). The apt grounds are well maintained and the apt staff are all friendly and professional.

its just the fact that there's an extra fee with renting the apartment, just think its way to much and never heard of paying extra for an animal to stay.

Just moved here to the state of GA and i have looked at homes and Apartments for rent in Cartersville and Kennesaw. FOr the size of the apartments there is nothing that compares to this apartment. 4 bed three complete baths for 1500 sq feet.. that is crazy. So clean with a dish washer and garbage disposal. washer dryer room and if you don't have your own washer and dryer you can rent one and they have laundry on site. new carpet, a lot of windows and storage space. the staff is excellent and really nice. Great pool and play ground and everyone seems to be so nice here. I would def recommend coming here.
