Overall, Ive had a positive experience living here at Bradley Pointe. Ive only recently had issues, like when the pool was out of service and I didn't know. Also, finding out that my key to the workout room didn't work because the locks were changed without notice.

I will say if we have the money to pay for our rent, will rather used it to rent a place where we feel much confortable with people, the pool, the gym, the parking.. etc

Given the fact that the community was a tax credit community, the rental rates were really reasonable. Having gated access gave a sense of security. The amenities were a nice feature. I especially liked the business center.

I WOULD RECOMMENSD THIS COMMUNITY BECAUSE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. HOWEVER, IF IT CAME TO THE OFFICE PERSONNEL I WOULD NOT.

I would not for the simple fact that the front office is too inconsistant, lack a caring attitude, and are not always willing to be of help.

Absolutely a positive experience. The leasing associate was very knowledgeable about the community. The property grounds were well manicured and maintained. The apartment was clean.
