The amenities at the location were quite nice. The dog spa was a nice touch as well as the beautiful, neon blue high bar area in the resident hub. All amenities and common areas were well maintained and in excellent condition. The leasing agent had a pleasant personality however, they came across as merely going through the motions of giving a tour and presentation. Very little effort was made to learn anything about me other than where I currently lived and worked. The focus was more on going through the rudiments of showing me around the community and presenting an apartment. However, they did remember to point out the ceiling fans inside the home because it was one of my stated needs. I was given more of a generic tour of the community and apartment home. Based on the experience, I would be comfortable calling the community home. The rental rate was reasonable based on the value received. I would probably recommend the community to others. My only reservation would be the congestion of traffic off of Kings Drive, where the community was located. There was one entrance in and out of the community as far as I could see, which would make it extremely difficult to navigate traffic.

I would totally recommend Marq Midtown (and have) to others. It's a terrific place. Awesome staff. Awesome building. And I really, really love my apartment.

It’s a great building, nice staff, always clean and I feel safe here. I tried to get a friend to move here, but she went elsewhere due to preference of area. But I have recommended this place to others in the past.

It is very loud living so close to two hospitals, but I’m also from the mountains and just not used to city life

I would definitely recommend this community for the value and family like aspect of the community. I wouldn’t if a person is not comfortable with uncontrollable noise from ambulances because of surrounding hospitals.

Lack of dog park is only bad part. But ease of accessibility is the best

My apt faces a busy road so sirens and cars is a constant annoyance. If someone doesn't like the noise, it is a bother, so I would not recommend it to everyone.

That was a beautiful community with very spacious apartments in a great location.

I have yet to find a resolution for addressing noise disturbances from other tenants.

Maintenance needs are promptly taken care of ...My experience has been they are so quick to respond that it’s incredible. That is an important factor
