Land scape company needs to be replaced---one of the worst I have seen. Complex is not getting what they paid for.

I would recommend because it feels safe, clean and people are friendly

Again, the lack of adequate parking for a 2 car household is a huge negative

I will openly campaign against it, I’ll ask my brothers in construction to build apartments on the next hill and I’ll provide REAL affordable living and completely bring down the value of this patch of dirt just to spite the owners.

The cost. Not many people can afford these apartments if they live alone

I would tell them the good and “not” so good things about this complex

I would definitely not recommend this place.

I have recommended to several local friends looking for a place.

Amazing place, only downfall is not enough parking.

BECAUSE IT IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE!

The rent rates are too high for most of my friends and employees. I agree the complex features excellent security and privacy with wonderful amenities. However, the apartment itself is incongruous with the luxury tag. Although my unit has been remodeled, the structure is older and was not built in a luxury fashion. You can hear noise from neighbors every move, toilet flush, cough and burp. For a young single person, it is tolerable, but guests always notice the noise. Furthermore, neighbors pets often bark indoors and out, which can always be heard.
